If you take this question and ask your family, friends and co-workers, you would get a variety of answers. There is no universal tomato sauce that everyone would enjoy equally. In his famous TED talk, Malcolm Gladwell told a remarkable story on how Howard Moskowitz had changed the way the food industry think about what make you happy. Howard confronted the notion of the Platonic dish, the only one way, a perfect way, to make a dish.
